My favourite music is: Cool and cozy jazz. I like oldies like we play here and classic, relaxing music.
The tool I can’t live without is: The espresso machine! It’s an extension of my soul. I’m a big coffee drinker -- latte or macchiato.
I really like our: Mellow Yellow and Mango Mint Soda at Palais or Harding.
My last vacation was: To Tagaytay, Southern Luzon. We went to the highlands and enjoyed the cool weather. We hiked the volcano there, which has a beautiful little lake in its crater.
My favourite comfort food is: Pork adobo, hands down.
My dream dinner party would be: With my wife, son and daughter on a yacht sailing around the Caribbean.
If I didn’t work at PS, I would: Be an archeologist or an anthropologist. I love learning about ancient civilizations and visiting ruins. It’s my dream to visit Machu Picchu and the Nazca Lines in Peru, and also the pyramids in Egypt.
