For PS.Gourmet, good corporate governance that is fitting to the Group’s culture, profile, size and circumstances is highly essential. The Board is responsible to ensure that PS.Gourmet lives up to the standards, while monitoring and maintaining the company policies.

The Board comprises of highly qualified and effective members who are responsible for providing overall leadership and setting objectives for long-term sustainability of the company whilst ensuring the highest standard of corporate governance is in practiced.

The Board also meets at regularly scheduled intervals throughout the year to set strategic direction of the company.
